Thanks to my friend Andi I started reading The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea on Friday evening and I am now on the fourth book. She informed me last night that the series is over and there is only one more book. :( Sigh This does not make me happy. I am really enjoying the series. :)

I guess I should read the full section before I answer lol. What I enjoy about dark fantasy genre is kick ass heroines but mostly a cool world with great characters. But honestly that's any book whether it's dark fantasy or contemporary romance or whatever. So I guess it's more the the infinite possibilities that dark fantasy gives. There is magic and each world created by each author while it may have similarities it is unique and their own with their rules. That world building is fascinating to me. It's what had made me build my own world that if I ever get over being lazy may finish my own book with my own little world :D Leave a Reply. |
