Also, fun links, new authors, books I like, and probably a good deal of incoherent ramblings.

Things are well underway for the book I can't stop calling Jenny 2.  Eat the Ones You Love is book 2 of The Thirteen series, the sequel to Jenny Undead. And it will be done (God willing) this summer!

You can find it here on Goodreads. And soon enough, you'll be able to pre-order it on Amazon.

I've tentatively scheduled the release date for July 25, but it will likely be out sooner. (again, God willing. Or whoever is in charge of book releases. I'm thinking, Loki willing?) It's coming along really fast and I think it's pretty good, though I'd rather let my sweet little beta readers be the judge.

I haven't been blogging because I've been working nonstop, so I'm just going to get back to it. I'll pop back up for air when I'm closer to a release. Without further adieu, the synopsis!

"What have I become?"

Jenny has lived through almost everything. Obsessive serial killers, torture, heartbreak. Even dying. She always lives to fight another day. But she’s not so sure she wants to. She saved Declan, the man who would do anything for her, and he hasn’t come back quite right. And after meeting a group who call themselves The Thirteen, Jenny is convinced that she would be better off on her own.

But when the group is attacked at her mother’s old bunker, Jenny wakes up to find her little undead family in tatters, the newcomers gone, and one of her friends missing. If she wants to find him, she’s going to need to talk to someone she’d much rather kill: her mother. In the process, Jenny finds that she might have a much larger family than she thought.

Yet nothing is ever as it seems. And on a journey that started with Jenny hopeful that she could save the world, she’s more than sure it’s going to end in despair. To save the people that she loves, Jenny is going to have to get angry. To save the people she loves, she’s going to have to kill. To save the people she loves, she’s going to have to die. Again and again and again and again…
